2. Dakota Building
- Rebuild Stairs on porches
- Replace 2 Pieces of lattice
- Paint Doors
- Exterior trim painted white
3. Texas Building
- Add Batons above Porch Roof Line
- Patch ceiling hole on interior
- Remove drainage pipe in ground
- Paint Trim/Doors
4. Barn:
- Add “X”’s on the Haymow Doors
- Pressure Wash East & North Side of Barn
- Paint East & North Side of Barn
- Replace East Barn Door
- Paint Haymow and East Barn Doors
5. Gates / Fences
- Replace broken boards
- Reset and replace bent or broken posts
6. Chapel Building
- Paint Hitching Post Porch Doors
- Remove old styrofoam from Hitching Post ceiling
7. Office:
- Pressure Wash Porch & Rails
8. Playground Areas
- Paint Swingset
- Plant grass seed in old lower arena area
9. Bunkhouse
- Patch ceiling hole in Utah
